Aqua-fit
Come out and get your exercise in the warmth of a
pool. Join us at Ivan Franko (located at 200 McGregor St.)
for a weekly aqua-fit class. For more information please

Pilates
Improve your posture and flexibility while
gaining abdominal and back strength. The instructor will
expertly guide you through gentle stretches and exercises
that will target and strengthen your core. Dress comfortably
and bring a large towel or pillow for neck support.

Tai Chi
This popular class offers slow, relaxed,
traditional Chinese body movements designed to relieve
stress and fatigue while developing strength, flexibility,
concentration and balance. Presented in the Chen family
style, it is the oldest of the four major styles of Tai Chi.

Qi Gong
Pronounced ‘chee-gung’ is an ancient Chinese
practice that involves a system of techniques used to
promote wellness and prevent disease. Learn specific body
movements and breathing exercises to enhance the flow of
energy in the body. Please wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga
An Eastern form of exercise focusing on body
alignment, strengthening muscles, breathing and relaxation
techniques. This exercise is beneficial for back and joints.
